If so then the forthcoming Boot Camp is aimed at you.
The day is set up to get you fit in time for the forthcoming Counties at the end of feb early march, therefore if you swim on a Tuesday night at Alfreton or Belper or are a County swimmer or aiming to be one then Boot Camp is for you.
Further info will be available shortly however in the short term please return your forms and monies into either Jack, Mike or Phil asap.
