Time keepers and Officials will be allocated Official jobs and Lanes on the day.
Please wear White if you are in this category.
All other helpers are to report to Claire H on the day.
Please arrive in good time.
The galas need to start promptly at 1.30 and warm up commences 30 mins prior to that we must be out of the pool by 4.00pm on every Sunday.
