Thank you parents and children for making land training a continued success and letting us help you in achieve your swimming goals. There is no land training on the 22nd and we start again on the 5th January.

In between all those movies, chocolates, and presents please do squeeze in a few practices of all the core stability moves we’ve worked on, and why not get friends relatives to join in for a bit more fun (the kneeling, nose to the floor one is always good).
