This is a gentle reminder about withdrawing from any of the races entered at this weekend’s Summer Sprints.
In advance of each gala, we prepare start lists which assign a race and lane for each event. If we have a no-show, we have to leave the lane empty.
Therefore, if you know in advance that you need to make a withdrawal, it is important to let us know so that races with empty lanes can be avoided. To make a withdrawal, please contact bmscopenmeet@gmail.com as soon as possible but no later than 12:00 on the day of the gala.
