Club Registration Forms

There are still several registration forms to be collected.
Dawn Higgins will be at the Presentation Evening tonight to hand them out.
Please see Dawn tonight if you are either collecting or returning any forms.
It is imperative that you fill in and return your registration form ASAP otherwise you may not be able to swim from February 2014 as this is the cut off date for our annual subscription to the ASA.
