Only Group 2 this week, lighter numbers, a really dedicated disciplined group with a terrific balance of humour and work rate. It was a pleasure to coach.
Swimprover of the week went to Will Brookes for his leadership, team focus and discipline. All the things we need in abundance for us to take LT to the next level.
