Due to lane loadings in the 3rd Session can ALL SWIMMERS who normally attend the 1st and 2nd Sessions please attend the time trial tonight irrelevant of age.

Any swimmers aged 12yrs on the 18/6/2016 this year who swim in the 3rd session are required to swim at the time trial as they are eligible for the Jnr league.
Bring Drinks and Poolside Kit as if this was a Gala event.
All swimmers at the Time Trial need to attend the whole session.
