5-4-3-2-1 BUT No LT This Weekend…

We know Sunday night & LT go together like Bert and Ernie, Homer and Marge, Batman and Robin, Scooby and Shaggy and Romeo and Juliet. However, the occasional night off gives our dedicated swimprovers time to do some gentle core stability and flexibility work and, this weekend, take in the rugby world cup semi-finals before the evening swim sessions in preparation for our very own “Ghoul in the Pool” the following week.
We’ve even found this great 5-4-3-2-1 swim focused LT drill (see below) to fill those occasional 15 minute pockets of “downtime” like tonight. All swimprovers will have done these exercises in our sessions and we’ll make sure that we un through a couple of time with each group in LT prior to the Christmas break.
