Well we finally got the results of the West Midlands League and as we had suspected Belper Marlin SC were the 4th from bottom so the last club to be relegated.
But don’t be sad at this festive time. We showed we could mix it with the best of them at this level. Even in the gala where we came 6th we won 9 events. The attitude and team spirit of the swimmers was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I’m sure I write on behalf of all the parents and coaching team when I say as a TEAM you made us all Proud to be part of Belper Marlins. I could not have asked for more.
