Well what a day at Ponds Forge, this was the 1st experience of a 50m pool for a lot of our junior swimmers but it definitely didn’t phase them.
Our older swimmers were in great shape so the Land Training and USRPT Training is definitely working.
Plenty of PBS and not surprising with the Mighty Marlin Parents in Great Voice Loud And Proud cheering all the Marlins on.
