With the Morning Sessions now up and running and the light mornings upon us maybe it’s time to come and try a early Morning session.
The swimmers who attend are showing vast improvement in all there No 1 Strokes at Galas and there Dives and Turns are also improving.
So if you fancy giving it a go and seeing that there’s more than one six o’clock in the day please contact Paul or Mike to book your spot….
