Important: BMSC Ghoul In The Pool 2018

With just over a week to go its time to Dot the I’s and cross the T’s on our Open Meet.

This is our chance as a club to show the rest of Derbyshire and beyond what a friendly and Great Club we are and that we are one big Family that knows how to run a Big Event like this.

Officials:

If any BMSC official who has not already offered to help can help at either session it would be greatly appreciated as at present we are still short on numbers to fully forfil the Level 3 licence Criteria we so want to achieve.

Volunteers:

Any Parent who is attending the meet again who hasn’t offered to help on the day is more than welcome, we have a number of important Roles again we still need to fill, some require certain qualifications other purely will enable the meet to run smoothly and more importantly successfully.

Fancy Dress:

If you have volunteered for the event then it is a BMSC tradition that the helper / volunteers where appropriate Fancy dress for the event, again this also keeps the event on the must do gala with other clubs as it adds to the Fun factor.

Pumpkin Entrance & Décor:

Again holding onto Tradition, BMSC have always decorated up the Arc leisure Centre, so if you have any old Halloween decorations or can spare some New please bring them along on the day, a team will be at the Pool from 7.00am to decorate up, if you can help then please come along.

We have in years gone by asked the BMSC Swimmers to bring a carved Pumpkin on the day so we can make an entrance way, so start thinking what you can do and lets raise the bar this year to a new level.

All available on the day.

Car Parking:

The meet is about at capacity so please be aware that parking on the day will be at a premium so please arrive in good time, another reason to come and help out with the decorations.
