As you can see we’re looking forward to a busy schedule of events. Consequently no additional entries will be accepted. In order to help us to run the event most efficiently, we would appreciate it if withdrawals could be emailed to this address before the day, or reported to the Withdrawals Desk at the entrance to the pool before the start of each session.
The Arc leisure centre have asked us to warn you that parking is limited and to car share where possible. They have also asked people to use the car parks in town, rather than the residential area when the car park is full.
Please note that the sports hall will be used as a waiting area, and for bag storage, throughout the event. Each club will be allocated their own area within the sports hall. Swimmers will only be allowed to take towels and drinks with them on poolside (these may be placed in a small drawstring bag only). No food or swim bags will be allowed on poolside.
Good luck to all the competitors, we hope that there are lots of PBs and that all those aiming for county times achieve them.
