Please return your completed forms to Dawn Higgins ASAP.
Dawn is at the leisure centre on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings to collect them along with payment.
If you haven’t re registered and paid by the end of January you may not be able to swim at the club until the payments and forms are received.
