Land Training 21 Up

Only group 2 this week and we topped 21 in attendance, well done. A great result in numbers with attitude and work rate to match.

We found some muscles we never thought we had, did stretches and flexes we never thought we could do, and did our bit to support our club Parkinson’s appeal.

Well done to this weeks Swimprover who displayed a real step change in attitude, willing, energy and discipline. Well done Maddy Shrimpling.

This Saturday we have “Land Training @ Boot Camp.” Please bring your resistance bands for our first sessions covering land based swim stroke technique. Likewise, please make sure you have the right clothing, footwear and plenty to stay hydrated with.

Land Training is still on on Sunday for group 1 & 2 and will be very chilled and fun with the focus on stretching and loosening off from the day
