A Great display from the Marlin’s at the weekend at Chesterfield’s Summer Splash.
With the Temperature outside soaring to 28 degrees plus the swimming from the Marlin’s in the pool was on Par, Blazing……Hot….
The support from the Parents was at its normal Excellent standard, a Thank-you from the Swimmers and Team Managers for that.
We asked the Marlin’s to bring home the Bling and so they did:-
8no 1st Places,
12no 2nd Places
8no 3rd Places,
Plus many 6 places and a couple of speeding tickets along the way.
A Special Mention goes to Catalin Oram who had an exceptional weekend with many 1st, 2nd & 3rd places and PB’S.
Dean Smith and Joel McGraw deserve a mention as they made there Open Meet debuts.
