Please see below Warm Up and Start Time Information for the Retford Open Meet this Sunday at Ponds Forge.
Please come prepared with plenty of drinks for the day, be on poolside 20 mins prior to Warm Up and register with the Team Managers.
If your swimmers please come prepared knowing which events you are swimming during the Gala and your PB’s for those events.
This is a busy Gala so parking could be an issue at the venue there are other car parks close to the venue.
