Despite the wonderful early summer weather we had another great turn out at LT.
Both groups worked very hard through a number of swim based circuits and were well rewarded with ultimate frisbee to further help SAQ and hand eye coordination skills.
Swim prover of the week worked really hard with a lovely attitude to be the best and set a great example to others:
