Well done this weekend to all our Marlins wherever you have been.
Ponds forge saw some excellent Long Course swimming and The Arc was also blessed with another Short course swimming.
Both teams had been working on Skills this week and at Sheffield this definitely showed.
The internet is a Great help on these occasions and the results from The Arc suggested the same..
Marlins Saturday sees us put our wits against some of the best swimmers in the County / World so keep on applying the brain and work the skills in training.
