Land Training forms an important part of your weekly training schedule here at Belper Marlins, These sessions are free to attend and build on fitness, strength, agility and power.
It’s a simple formula….
Land Training = Faster in the Pool……
The sessions are ideal for regaining your fitness after the summer break and then maintaining and increasing it whilst the swimming season is in progress.
So if you swim in session 2 & 3 at BELPER then why not give it a try and join the other swimprovers.
Please turn up in your Gym Kit, clean trainers and bring an extra drink to stay hydrated.
We meet outside the changing rooms in the main entrance.
Session 2 swimmers land train 5-5.45pm
Session 3 swimmers land train 6-7.00pm
