Last weekend saw several of our swimmers take the 36 mile trip to Sheffield to compete in the DX Open Meet.
This was a 50m Event and as usual the competition was of a very high standard.
They had closed this meet early plus reject over 1000 entries so credit due to the marlins who swam.
Over the two days our swimmers achieved numerous PB’s and some managed to get Midland and National times.
Casper Raynard; 100m & 400m FC Midland Time
William Brooke’s; 200m FC Midland Time
Joshua Horobin; 100m Fly & 200m FC Midland Time, 200m BR National Time.
Other swimmers who attended were, Maddie Shrimpling, Sam Frost, Ryan Horobin, Elliott Stubbs and Amy Neild all swam exceptionally well and improved on there own PBS.
