Just Group 2 this week and everyone trained hard with a lovely “can do” attitude from over 15 in attendance.
To have such a mind set and physical commitment is even more impressive against the backdrop of how hard so many swam only the day before in Matlock.
We heard rumours that it was a tough endurance and arm session, great! Remember we have all term to get it right together, so we have no need to rush when we can get great quality development time.
Our Swimprover keeps his head down and quietly works hard every week. However, this week he came through a training injury to see the session to the end. So well done, and well deserved, Cameron Haynes.
Please check the Land Training blog later in the week for if next weeks session is on.
Look forward to seeing as many as possible on 2/2/14 when part of our session will be focused on mobility and muscle control exercises important to the pool and anyone suffering from Parkinson’s, our nominated club good cause.
We'd love to have you with us
