The acceptance list has been announced for above meet and unfortunately BMSC’s entries have not been accepted due to an oversubscription.
The meet was full by the 7/6/2016 when our entry file was sent.
This is over a month in advance of the closing date, we were not informed at the time of submission that the meet was full and received no information to state that it was either.
Again it is getting very frustrating trying to anticipate the cut of dates for galas, we are working on ways to try and secure places at meets going forward.
We are already planning meets for October so be prepared as entries will need to be in quick.
Cheques will be destroyed as they have not be cashed.
