Dear Swimmers and Parents,
This is a reminder to all members who believe that they may have achieved a club record, either individually or as part of a relay team, that it is the responsibility of the swimmer to make the record claim.
Whilst in many cases the club record is picked up by our records official, it is not possible to guarantee this, so we ask that you check on the club website to see if the existing record has been beaten and then download and complete the form.
