This weekend sees the start of this years County Championships at The Arc in Matlock.
It looks like all the sessions are going to busy so please plan ahead.
Ensure you bring plenty of drinks for the sessions you are attending along with food for lunch and tea and poolside snacks.
Please make sure all Kit is labelled.
You may need shoes to move between the pool area and the sports hall. Please come prepared.
All the information regarding Warm up and Start times, Results etc can be found on the DASA Website.
Please arrive in plenty of time for each session.
Team managers and coaches have been assigned for all 10 sessions.
Please arrive knowing what event your swimming along with PBS etc.
