Derventio Excel still have places available for the forthcoming swim clinic which is being held this Saturday 19th Oct at Moorways.
The theme for the pool session is developing Freestyle Technique and Skills, the Workshop will focus on making “Champions Choices” and the land session with be based around mobility, flexibility and core stability with a small muscular endurance circuit.
