We had another good turnout and a excellent work out at LT last week and we’ll be doing more of the same at this week.
All the swimmers worked hard but the standout performer for dedication, precision and work rate for this weeks prestigious swimprover award goes to (Group 2 only)………Caitlin Oram!
Reminder 1: Please ensure all swimprovers attend with water, appropriate kit and rubberised resistance bands. It’s improving, thank you, but we don’t want to ask swimprovers to sit out of any session or drill.
Reminder 2: BOTH GROUP 1 & 2 LT sessions are ON tomorrow.
