East Midlands short course champs 2022

East Midlands Short Course Championships 2022 Harvey Hadden Nov 5th and 6th

Congratulations to all who swam at Nottingham in the East Midland short course champs

We had 16 Marlin swimmers competing , either representing Belper or DX

There were multiple PBs for many swimmers with Liam Dawson, Jaden Leo and Ollie Henshaw all making finals

Liam gained multiple medals and pb times but his best swim was to take nearly a second off his 100m FC in a time of 50.13 to take first place in a very strong field. He also split 22.46 in his FC swim on the Medley team for DX

It was also great to see Marlins put in 2 teams in the women’s Medley and FC teams who performed really well.

Well done to all for qualifying and competing at this prestigious event
