We started the second phase of fitness training in LT last week and were pleasantly surprised at how far the quality and quantity of our swimprovers has come in only a few months.
Swimprovers of the week:
Group 1: Alice King (amazing step up in core control and commitment, we’re very proud for her)
Group 2: Cameron Haynes (5m 15secs of a perfect plank is a new LT record!)
This week we continue the final leg of fitness training (Group 1 is tested on a capped quantity so the focus is on quality, Group 2 is a capped time limit so quality and quantity are key).
