All swimmers attending the Counties Championships over the next 2 weekends at The Arc Matlock need to be aware of the following:
Parking is limited so an early arrival is advisable.
Warm Up starts 1hr before the start of the morning session and afternoon evening session Warm ups will follow the timing sheet blogged previously.
No bags will be allowed on Poolside lockers are available for a £1.00 or they can be left in the sports hall.
All swimmers are to be on poolside 15mins before warm up and register with the Team managers at each session.
Swimmers are to know what events they are swimming and their PB’s as this will help the Coaches, Team Managers and themselves.
All withdrawals on the day need to be reported to a Team Manager / Coach 10 mins before the start of warm up.
All swimmers are to stay on poolside during the Galas to help ensure they at the event registration on time.
And finally we wish all our swimmers at this years Championship Good Luck.
