The Arena team list is up on the board but this is a reminder to all swimmers competing over the next two weekends that the team is not finalised.
Many of you have trained very hard to retain or regain you fitness and this has not gone unnoticed. On behalf of the coaching team Good luck with your swims , focus and think about your skills and technique whilst competing. We hope to see lots of PB times which in turn will make the selection for the Arena League a bit of a headache.
