Land Training Becomes Band Training!

Only Group 2 this week but a great turnout of 21.

Not only was this the first session back after the hugely successful counties, but also our first full session using our resistance bands. We covered some basic swim based strengthening exercises before getting into all important swim stroke technique.

REMINDER: PLEASE BRING RESISTANCE BANDS TO ALL SESSIONS GOING FORWARD.

We awarded our first ever “Swimprover of the Week” trophy. This week it was awarded, after many months of great attendance, attitude and very clear development, to Rachel Ainley. Well done!

REMINDER: THE TROPHY IS TO BE RETURNED EACH WEEK. ENJOY IT & LOOK AFTER IT WHILE YOU HAVE IT PLEASE.

This Sunday we resume full “service as usual” with Group 1 at 17:00hrs and Group 2 at 18:00hrs.
