Land Training – Wanna Stay Warm On The Dryside?

In response to popular demand please find the “Pool Deck 8!”
This is a simple quick set of exercises that our swimprovers can do poolside to keep their bodies and minds warm ready to compete. We wish we had some exercises to help with your “race face” but we’ll leave that bit to you.
The exercises are chosen as they can be undertaken in a tight space, almost just the foot print of a swimprover. They are to get the major muscles and blood flow moving. It’s not an exhaustive list and swimmers should add other exercises they know work for them.
So print them out, give them a go, and stay on top of your performance well before your BIG race!
