Land Training was awesome!

Brilliant job done by all the swimprovers who came to land training on Sunday. A great effort by all! I’m sure everyone who came reaped the benefits of the legs, arms and “core” strength work we did.

Improving streamlining with exercise was focused on to carry over into the pool enabling you to swim up on the surface of the water, and reduce those all important PB’s!

Next Sunday at 6 we will focus on resistance work so dont forget your bands!

Each week we aim to work on somthing different to keep you interested, with competitive games for the all important fun!

Looking foward to seeing you Sunday 31st March at BLC.
