Midland Championship Information.

I am pleased to say that all entries received have been accepted, we have a very good entry of approx 650 swimmers and approx 2700 swims over the 3 days.Your entries can be viewed on the website: www.asaem.org.uk Follow the links to Entry Information, select the appropriate gala and then select ‘view / check’ entries.

 

It is your responsibility to check the entries and notify any problems immediately. 

THIS IS THE FIRST STAND ALONE EAST MIDLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS AND WE NOW NEED YOUR HELP .

 

So you are aware we have kept the swimmers entry fee at the same level this year but due to extremely high pool hire cost we have to charge spectator admission.

Saturday / Sunday £6 per day Programmes £5 (One day admission with programme £10) Afternoon admission only £3 — Finals session included.

Monday one price day ticket £5

 

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR ADMISSION – DOOR & PROGRAMMES & COMPETITOR STEWARDS. The benefit is free admission /programme / lunch allowance and travel expenses paid.

OFFICIALS – we still need more volunteers. Licensing are now more stringent in checking that we have the correct cover for the meet and should we fail to comply with the licensing criteria then the meet can be downgraded, this has happened to other meets on more than one occasion in 2015.
