Super Sam Frost took a Bronze medal and 2 midlands times at this weekends DX Meet.
He took a bronze medal in the boys 50m Backstroke and a midland time to top it off. Other success came to Sam in the 50 Fly of which he also took a midland time.
This will be Sam’s first midlands, as it will be for many others competing this year. BMSC would like to wish all those who will compete Good Luck.
