There will be time trials for all Session 1 & 2 Swimmers.
Start 5.00pm – 7.15pm.
If you swim in either of these sessions then you are required to attend this time trial session.
If you are a willing parent and can help then please bring suitable pool footwear and please be on poolside for 4.50pm.
These trials are to help select the teams for the forthcoming Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Jnr. League.
Land Training as normal for all Session 3 Swimmers.
