To Much Turkey….. Land Training’s Back

Too much Turkey, Parsnips and Roasties……not a problem, Too much sofa and iPad time……..not a problem, Too much chocolate……..not a problem!

We’ll put all of it down to very valuable rest and recuperation and some much needed carbohydrate loading for a great start to your swimming in 2014.

Please remember to:
1. Bring a drink big enough to keep you properly hydrated (water is still best) 2. Wear the right clothing (gym kit & trainers) 3. Bring your “can do” attitude (smiles are always welcome too)

The “LT40” challenge still needs to be broken.
